Empower your week

on
Mondays

Life can get busy and demanding. Commitments, relationships and everyday stuff can become a plate-juggling journey through the week, leaving us wondering what’s really be achieved by the time Friday arrives. This workshop will help you prioritize your week effectively, empowering you to focus on what truly matters and therefore reduce stress. You’ll step back and (re)think your week ahead from fresh perspectives.

Increase power and influence

on
Tuesdays

For those of us who might want to be more influential the process can be quite counter-intuitive. Influencing is more about listening than shouting. A Harvard Business Review article says we need to: - Cultivate personal connections with colleagues so they assume positive intent when you attempt to influence them. - Make it clear to your colleagues that you value their opinions. - Not slouch as you talk. Standing up straight with your shoulders back helps you come across as confident and commanding. In this Rethinkly Workshop you’ll explore this for yourself.

Ease a relationship tension

on
Wednesdays

Tensions in relationships can take some of the joy out of life. They are part of our everyday lives at work, in our social lives and families. Allowing the tension to be there for too long can mean both parties suffer; as well as those around them. It’s well known that the resolution of relationship tension requires considerable empathy – understanding how the other person is experiencing the world or stepping into their shoes. This process can be a stretch for most of us especially if we’re feeling anxious or stressed. We often need our brains to let go of the way we see things as being the right or only way and then deeply understand the thoughts and feelings of another. In this short exercise you’ll be able to focus on a relationship tension and literally see what the world looks like from the other persons perspective.

Imposter syndrome

on
Thursdays

Did you know 80% of us will experience something called ‘Imposter Syndrome’ or ‘imposter phenomenon’ at least once in our lives? Two-thirds of young people, along with many high achievers, struggle with the anxiety created by the doubt that someone will find us out, and that we’re not good enough. It can be experienced as an “inner voice” telling us that we don’t deserve something, we shouldn’t be somewhere or talking with certain people. We end up feeling uncomfortable or anxious because we believe we’re a fraud and so we put on an act to help cope with that fear. Fortunately, we can (re)think this and learn how to manage these doubts. With time we can move beyond our inner-judgement and build newly internalised voices and narratives.

Boost your wellbeing & reduce stress

on
Fridays

Stress has an impact on our bodies, our productivity and on the people around us. Making time to do this live session may be a great gift to yourself regardless of the part in you that’s telling you that you don’t have the time to spare! :) In this Rethinkly exercise, you will take a moment to pause and take stock of the potential triggers for you and assess what’s getting in the way of you giving attention to your wellbeing.

The power of visual communication.

We process visual information differently than auditory or other perceptual data - in fact, we process images in only 13 milliseconds.

Visual stimuli are distributed to up to 35 different areas of our brains, enabling processing in parallel rather than sequentially.  As we visualise an idea, we think it through differently, making new connections. Taking advantage of how our brains work, Rethinkly enables us to:

  • Express and clarify ideas

  • Organise information

  • Collaborate and communicate

Through visualization, we create shared understanding that helps individuals and teams of all sizes focus, develop ideas, and problem solve.

Rethinkly, join our world.

Discover the power of your imagination!
