Your contact details: marketing and website

Visitors to our website can add themselves to our list of contacts. We sometimes ask for your first name, last name and email address. We need to keep this information so we store it on secure servers and we further protect it using restricted access password-protection. We do not and will never sell your details to third parties. We will only use your data to follow up on a specific area of interest or to send you updates about the work we do. In some cases, we use third party software to manage this data, e.g. to store details, to send out a newsletter, etc and this requires us to add your email address to that software. When your information is no longer required, or when you ask us to, we will delete all such information.

How we handle your data when you email us or complete a website form

We will only use your data to reply to an enquiry, to follow up about something you've requested or expressed interest in, or to issue you with an invoice if you have completed a form or order. We will not use this data for any other purposes. When your information is no longer required, or when you ask us to, we will delete all such information.

How we handle your data when you use the ProReal / Rethinkly software

We may need to keep a record of your name and email address so that you can sign into the software. We do not use this data for any other purposes.

When you use our software, we ask you to agree to terms of use (we call it ProReal Application Licence Terms and Conditions). For legal reasons, we need to keep a record of this acceptance. We do not use this data for any other purposes.

We collect data about how you use the software. This includes the time accessed, which link was used to start the software, and what version is used. This is used for aggregated reporting and technical support. We do not use this data for any other purposes.

ProReal / Rethinkly software ‘World’ data

Data which you create using our software is usually stored on your device. You can remove this by deleting it.

If you share data using our software, it is stored on our server so that the other participant(s) can see it. You can remove this by deleting it, or by asking us to delete it for you. Any World data which you don’t access for more than 90 days is deleted by us.

We don’t read any World data you store on our servers, except where you ask us to do so (e.g. for emergency technical support). We do not use this data for any other purposes.

ProReal / Rethinkly software data transfers

When we store your data, we do so only on UK-based servers. We will not knowingly transfer your data unless we have your explicit consent.

Protection of ProReal and others

In exceptional circumstances, we may be asked to release personal information when instructed by law enforcement agencies or to protect the safety of ProReal employees, our customers, or others. We reserve the right to do this in good faith and at our sole discretion.

Keeping Your Information

We will only store your name, email and any World data on our systems if: (a) it is needed for the purposes which we have conveyed to you; (b) we are required by law to maintain such information; or (c) it is needed for us to address any issues or inquiries that you may have. When your information is no longer required, or when you ask us to, we will delete all such information.

Security Measures

In order to protect both the personal information and the general information that we receive from you through your use of our services, we have implemented various security measures. For example, when you enter sensitive information on our online forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We also follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. Please keep in mind, however, that there is always some risk whenever you give out personal information online.

Making changes to your data

We encourage you to update your email address if it changes so that we have a means of contact. You may cancel your account, ask us to tell you and delete any data we have of yours, and/or opt out of our communication at any time. To make any changes, or if you have any questions, comments or concerns about our service or this Privacy Statement, please contact us at info@proreal.world
