ProReal / Rethinkly software ‘World’ data
Data which you create using our software is usually stored on your device. You can remove this by deleting it.

If you share data using our software, it is stored on our server so that the other participant(s) can see it. You can remove this by deleting it, or by asking us to delete it for you. Any World data which you don’t access for more than 90 days is deleted by us.

We don’t read any World data you store on our servers, except where you ask us to do so (e.g. for emergency technical support). We do not use this data for any other purposes.
ProReal / Rethinkly software data transfers
When we store your data, we do so only on UK-based servers. We will not knowingly transfer your data unless we have your explicit consent.
Protection of ProReal and others
In exceptional circumstances, we may be asked to release personal information when instructed by law enforcement agencies or to protect the safety of ProReal employees, our customers, or others. We reserve the right to do this in good faith and at our sole discretion.
Keeping Your Information
We will only store your name, email and any World data on our systems if: (a) it is needed for the purposes which we have conveyed to you; (b) we are required by law to maintain such information; or (c) it is needed for us to address any issues or inquiries that you may have.
